Fertility Cycle Awareness (FCA) is a non-clinical practice that enables an individual the understanding each day, in each phase, of their fertility cycle. It is the process of menstrual cycle charting, using a combination of methods to help achieve individual goals in obtaining or abstaining from pregnancy.

Preconcpetion Evaluation Session
This 90 to 120-minute meeting we will evaluate and discuss preconception health and history, which may include basic labwork to in-depth hormonal testing.
