Services Provided

Fertility Awareness Method -  Mini Session

This is a 90-minute meeting where we will discuss the body's natural fertility cycle, the basic principles of monitoring changes that signify ovulation, as well as healthy hormonal balances.  Fertility Cycle Awareness (FCA) is a non-clinical practice that enables an individual the understanding each day, in each phase, of their fertility cycle. It is the process of menstrual cycle charting, using a combination of methods to help achieve individual goals in obtaining or abstaining from pregnancy.

Preconcpetion Evaluation Session

This 90 to 120-minute meeting we will evaluate and discuss preconception health and history, which may include basic labwork to in-depth hormonal testing.   While some people may get pregnant easily, others may benefit from a bit of guidance and assessment before seeking other elevated and most times expensive fertility treatments.
